Job description We are seeking a proactive and organized Training and Placement Assistant to support our Training and Placement Cell in facilitating student career development. The ideal candidate will assist in organizing campus recruitment drives, maintaining industry relations, coordinating training sessions, and maintaining placement records. Key Responsibilities Assist in coordinating on-campus and off-campus recruitment activities Liaise with companies for internship and placement opportunities Maintain and update student placement records and databases Support students in resume building, interview preparation, and soft skill development Assist in organizing training programs, workshops, and career fairs Maintain communication with alumni for networking and placement support Prepare reports and documentation for audits and internal reviews Support the Training and Placement Officer in daily operations Qualifications Master degree in any discipline 2-3 years of experience in administrative, HR, or placement-related roles Good communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic data management Ability to multitask and work independently with minimal supervision Preferred Skills Experience in educational institutions or training organizations Knowledge of current job market trends and industry expectations Familiarity with ERP or Placement Management Software Salary : As per institutional norms Application Deadline : 15.05.2025 How to Apply Interested candidates can apply through by sending their resume and cover letter to info@stfranciscollege.edu.in with the subject line: Application for Training and Placement Assistant .
